Infertility and loss support

The journey to parenthood is unique for each person and I tailor my approach to meet you where you are at. Whether you are struggling to conceive, starting fertility treatments, or coping with pregnancy loss, I am here to accompany you on your path to healing. In our sessions, I create a non-judgmental environment where you can openly express your thoughts and feelings. Using evidence-based techniques, I can help you manage grief, reduce stress and enhance your overall emotional well-being. I can provide guidance on communication strategies for couples facing fertility challenges. I am also able to collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to your care. You don’t have to face these challenges alone.

Parent-infant dyadic support

Are you struggling to connect with your baby or feeling like you have no idea what you’re doing? I am able to provide therapy focusing on the unique relationship between a parent and their baby or toddler. I focus on building a nurturing and responsive relationship between caregivers and their baby. We focus on the interactive dynamics within this important relationship. My goal is to support parents in understanding and responding to their infant’s needs while fostering a secure and loving attachment. Whether you’re struggling with challenges related to bonding, feeding, sleep, managing tantrums, behavioral challenges or other aspects of parenting in the early years, I can provide guidance and support.

“If we value our children, we must cherish their parents.”
