About

As a licensed, clinical psychologist based in Brooklyn, New York, I provide culturally sensitive and trauma-informed support, specializing in women’s mental health, perinatal and early childhood mental health. My passion lies in working with women, parents and families, providing them with the support they need during this significant life transition. I provide comprehensive support to individuals during the perinatal period, from trying to conceive to the 4th trimester and beyond.

I have a background in attachment theory and aim to work with individuals and families to promote secure attachment relationships. My approach is integrative, combining psychodynamic and relational principles with evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and interpersonal therapy (IPT). This integrative approach allows for a tailored and holistic treatment plan, addressing the unique needs of each individual and family.

Don't hesitate to reach out to me. I genuinely believe that your mental health is just as important as your physical health, and I am committed to supporting you every step of the way.
